About the Role
Are you passionate about taking on a challenge that can directly impact the success of client businesses, and in turn touch the lives of hundreds of thousands if not millions of their customers?
As Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of client projects. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager and delivery teams to ensure that clients receive exceptional service, and that projects are completed on time and to budget. You’ll engage with clients through various channels, including email, Slack, and 1:1 Zoom calls.
You’ll have the chance to continuously evaluate and improve our delivery strategies, building processes and playbooks that make us better at what we do.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Ecomm Founders and our team of specialists to optimize their online storefronts and other sales channels.
- Contribute to and refine our delivery methods, creating better processes and playbooks to support our clients.
- Ensure the successful delivery of client projects, managing scope, resources, budget and timelines and be accountable for the result.
- Engage with clients through various channels, including email, Slack, and 1:1 Zoom calls.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with the account manager to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to Ecomm growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience of Project Management in a technical environment.
- Proven track record of success delivering technical projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- English fluency both written and spoken.
- Experience working with clients (internal or external) in a remote setting, through various channels including email, Slack, and Zoom calls.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve, and to share knowledge and insights with the team.
Desirable:
- Understanding of web/software development best practices.
- Experience with Ecommerce businesses.
