Yes, anytime. If you're heading into a big quarter or a site relaunch, move to a higher tier. When things settle, scale back. You can also buy top-up packs for one-off spikes without changing your plan. That's the point — capacity that flexes with your roadmap.

Yes. Design is one of our work item types and is sized separately using its own attribute system. If you have a design team or agency, we're equally comfortable building from your Figma files. If you need us to design it, we will.

Turnaround depends on size. XS builds (small fixes, styling tweaks) ship in 24 hours. S builds in 2 days. M builds in 3–4 days. L builds in 5 days. XL builds in 7 days. We'll confirm the expected turnaround when we size the work.

Talk to us. Our model is already built for speed — XS to S builds are 24–48 hours by default. For genuine emergencies, we'll work with you to prioritise. That said, we don't charge rush fees. The turnaround times are our standard delivery speeds.
