Summary
LAY London ran a successful rental business through their Shopify store but wanted to branch out into sellable items. Unfortunately their rental workflow had been setup in such a way that it prohibited adding any purchasable items to the store. We redesigned a new rental process from scratch and put the structure in place to support the additional of purchasable products.
